Tax Consulting Manager
Job description
We’re looking for a Tax Manager who shares our values: someone who works with heart, delivers with professionalism, and thrives in a collaborative, high-integrity environment. You’ll work directly with our Taxation Directors, managing a portfolio of private and family business clients across industries like property development, professional services, wholesale, and technology. You’ll provide practical, commercial advice on:
- M&A and tax structuring
- Direct and indirect tax matters
- ATO engagement and compliance
- Mentoring and developing junior team members
- Collaborating with key referrers and drafting client communications

- 5+ years of tax consulting experience as a minimum in a similar environment
- Strong technical skills and attention to detail
- Confidence in communicating complex tax concepts
- A desire to specialise and grow in taxation
- A team-first mindset and a passion for delivering great outcomes

Intermediate/Senior Business Services Accountant
Job description
About the role
You’ll gain exposure to diverse clients and industries, work closely with senior team members and Directors, and build your career in a firm that genuinely supports personal and professional growth. As part of our high-performing team, you will:
- Prepare tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships, superannuation fund and individuals
- Prepare financial statements, management accounts and activity statements at required intervals
- Liaise with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) and other regulatory bodies when required
- Be an active contributor to our firm culture and collaborative environment
- Support, assign and review junior team members work
- Engage with clients as directed by leaders
About you
We are looking for multiple people who are technically capable, curious and collaborative. Ideally you will bring:
- 3–5+ years’ experience in business services/advisory within public practice
- CA/CPA qualified (or in progress)
- Strong tax and compliance knowledge across individuals, companies, trusts and SMSFs
- A collaborative, proactive and team-oriented mindset
- A desire to contribute to firm culture and growth
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in Xero, Excel, Class, CAS preferred but not essential
- Bachelor of Accounting/Commerce from an Australian University
- Australian citizen or Permanent Resident

Business Services Manager
Job description
We are seeking Managers and/or Senior Managers in our Business Services division to lead client engagements, support team development, and play a key role in delivering high-quality advisory and compliance services. You’ll collaborate directly with Directors, mentor junior staff, and help shape the growth of our firm.
You will:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of SME and high-net-worth clients
- Lead and review compliance and advisory engagements
- Review tax returns and financial statements
- Deliver proactive strategic advice to clients
- Develop and coach junior and intermediate team members
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement and contribute to internal initiatives
About you
You’re commercially astute, people-focused and technically strong. You bring:
- 6+ years’ experience in business services or advisory
- CA/CPA qualified
- Proven experience managing clients and leading teams
- Excellent tax knowledge and practical problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accountability
- A collaborative and professional approach with strong communication
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
